RunRight Oscillating Mounts

RunRight® Oscillating Mount Product Information

There are a tremendous number of application where RunRight® Oscillating Mounts provide critical value to a system. From free oscillating systems (including single mass circular screens, single mass linear screens, counterframe dual mass systems, and hanging single mass linear screens) to crank driven systems (both single mass brute-force and natural frequency systems) and gyratory sifter applications (both upright staying and hanging), their is a specific RunRight oscillating mount product offering to serve the need.

Given the tremendous breath of the oscillating mount product line, please see the broader overview of the line as well as several usage illustrations below.

Please do not hesitate to call or ask for help, should you have any question in selecting or installing a RunRight tensioning device. Lovejoy is here to help!

A broad overview of the RunRight™ oscillating mounts product line is summarized below.

RSC (Standard)

  • Designed to support or suspend vibratory equipment or drive systems
  • Mounts remove harmful resident frequencies that cause spring damage
  • Manufactured with cast iron housings, steel arms and inner squares, and standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSC HD (Heavy Duty)

  • Specifically designed for impact loads and inconsistent production loading
  • All housings are cast iron and the inner squares and arms are steel
  • Manufactured with Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSC D (Compact)

  • Compact design with a higher load capacity
  • Ideal for two mass systems
  • Manufactured with cast iron housings, steel arms and inner squares, and standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSC SS (Stainless Steel)

  • Designed for food, pharmaceutical and wash down requirements
  • All housings, arms, and inner squares are manufactured out of stainless steel
  • Manufactured with standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSC HS

  • Designed to suspend vibratory equipment or drive systems
  • Mounts remove harmful resident frequencies that cause spring damage
  • Manufactured with cast iron housings, steel arms and inner squares, and standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSC R

  • Single rocker design used on eccentric oscillator drive systems
  • Used to either support or suspend vibratory conveyors, screens or feeder equipment
  • Manufactured with steel outer housings and inner squares, and standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RDH (Drive Head)

  • Drive head design which transmits power from an eccentric, through the connecting rod and flexible head
  • Activates vibratory conveyors, screens, or feeder apparatus and equipment
  • Manufactured with steel weldment outer housings, aluminum inner squares, and standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSD A (Spring Accumulator Elements)

  • Highly dynamic spring accumulators (a spring accumulator requires 2 DO-A elements)
  • Designed for feeder systems that operate near resonance frequency
  • Manufactured with cast iron housings, aluminum inner squares, and standard Tensys® 10 rubber inserts for applications operating within a -40° to 180°F (-40° to 80°C) temperature range

RSC V

  • Larger than standard elastomeric elements

The following are just a few diverse examples of how RunRight™ oscillating mounts can help improve a system.

Isolation – Overload-proof vibration-absorbing mounts provide a high degree of isolation on both linear and circular motion screens.

Quiet Suspension – Long-lasting, quiet-operating rockers are designed to support or suspend oscillatory equipment and machinery.
Flexible Drive Transmission – Maintenance-free rocker arms designed for use on eccentric oscillator drive systems for either supporting or suspending vibratory conveyors, screens, and feeder equipment. Flexible drive head transmits power from an eccentric through the connecting rod.
